Class Descriptions

2-Year-old creative movement
An excellent introduction to the world of dance. Students will use props and imagery through movement and play. Basic ballet terminology will be introduced as well as rhythmic skills.
3/4-Year-old creative movement
A great next step in your child's dance development. Children will learn to explore the joy of dance through movement and rhythmic exercises. They will expand on dance-related motor skills and develop coordination and musicality. Students will also practice taking turns and following directions. Basic ballet, jazz, and tap steps will be introduced.
Strength Training and Conditioning for Dancers
See awesome results by following an individualized program. We will meet in person twice a week.
